Service and Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products.
Excluded from the warranty are user errors and products that can wear out, such as a conventional light source.

The Guarantee can be completed in various ways.
– We can take care of this at our place in Bleiswijk. We can also arrange transport for this in consultation.
– We send the necessary spare parts and the repair is carried out by the customer. This only happens after consultation and if we are sure that this is done with full technical knowledge.

We carry out 99% of all service requests at our premises in Bleiswijk. In some cases, the problem can only be solved by sending it to the supplier. In all cases we will inform you about this and take care of it in consultation.

If the item is not covered by the warranty, you can of course always contact us for service. Here too, we can take care of this for you, or we will send the parts.
