The Municipality of Nijmegen uses the Prolights Mosaico with a custom gobo to create a “pop-up” bicycle shed to prevent nuisance in the surrounding streets. The projector is switched by a timer and is only on during times when there is a disturbance.
If the Mosaico is off, you are not allowed to park your bicycle there
